Ocarina Quest privacy policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Ocarina Quest collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics and no ads.
- Microphone: used on your phone only, to hear which note you play. Nothing is recorded, stored or sent anywhere.
- Progress: your lessons, streak, settings and songs are stored on your phone, and the app sends them nowhere. If your phone backs apps up to your Google account, they travel with that backup under Google’s terms. Uninstalling the app removes them from the phone.
- Purchases: Ocarina Quest Pro is bought through Google Play, as a monthly or yearly subscription or once for life. Google Play processes the payment and manages subscriptions under Google’s privacy policy. When the app starts it asks Google Play whether this Google account owns Pro, and learns only that, not your payment details.
- Ocarina link: “Get a 12-hole alto C ocarina” opens Amazon’s website in your browser, where Amazon’s privacy policy applies.
- Sheet music reading (only in builds that include it; the Google Play version does not): the photo or PDF you pick is sent to the reading service, Anthropic, with the key you entered, under Anthropic’s privacy policy. Nothing is sent until you pick a file, and the app keeps no copy.
